Bloating stomach
Hi Doctor, Recently i took a chicken biriyani and after that my stomach is bloated with gas and i am facing a little breathing difficulty while bloating. I had a hepatatis A before 6 months ago. I have already started taking oily foods and fish three months ago. This is the first time i took chicken after hepatitis. Is it something liver problem or normal gasrtric? Do i need to consult a doctor for this?

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above for 15 days....consult physician if symptoms persists.
