Bloating since January
Hv bn experiencg bloatg since jan. LMP was on 16dec..next was delayed to Feb 1 tht was light for 2 days..preg home test &usg on Feb 6 was neg,.gp gv antibio for stomach &urinary inf but bloatg continued..next bleeding for 2 days on 6-7 Mar..belly size has bn increasing with BM and bladder full so tht it looks pregnant 4 to 5 months when full..unsure what to do..am I pregnant..shd I do an ultrasound agn..or an abdominal scan...I hv experienced ligament pain and heartburn smtyms but no vomiting at all..breast size also increased and was sore over d weeks..very faint linea nigra..flatulence, burping also present, food cravings in Feb

Menstrual irregularities may be due to premenopausal age...Consult nearest gynecologists for clinical examination and evaluation through needed tests...for bloating and UTI Consult physician they will do the needful... With that try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid Stress as it may make your gastritis symptoms worse...consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...
