Bloating in evening
Suffer from bloating in evening. What could be the reason ? Don't miss breakfast or lunch. Drink green twice a day. Drink 1-2 litre of water every day

It is very common problem encountered in my practice.. 1-2 lit water per day is not sufficient, increase it to 3-4 lit per day.. avoid spicy food, fatty food specially vanaspati ghee preparation which in hotels.. Try to avoid outside fried food (samosa, bread pakora etc). Start Tablet sompraz -L once a day before break fast... Good luck

Hello.... Gastritis is the most commonly seen problem these days .. Strict diet and lifestyle change can bring gastritis under control. Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish .Take dal rice , butter milk ,curd rice ,drink plenty of water , avoid tea for few days and see consult general physician.
