Hi
I have bloating and tightened stomach everytime I eat something. Even my mom is facing same problem since 2 days. I had constipation 3 4 days ago after which i started facing this problem but now constipation is not much there but bloating is continuous accompanied by dizziness and belching at times and always feels like something has stuck in my intestine and tendency to defecate always. Kindly suggest me what to do because i have my upsc prelims on 3rd June.
I used to take anti reflux medicine as i had throat problem due to acud reflux since 2 months and I have just left the medicines 15 days ago.
Even my mom is facing similar issue sir/ma'am. I would be gkad if anyone can help me because its disturbing my studies and it's really stressful.
Thank you
