I am having bloating and gas issue.despite of following healthy diet and daily workout i am having bloated stomach..gas or air is not coming out as much as it building.
i don't eat fast food, fermented product,freezed iteams,rich
sugar product, carbonated drinks etc...
all meals are placed at some intervel.taking small meal.
have tried probiotics and pantoprozol, ENO
didn't work... don't have constipation too.
seeking remedies..thanks
