Bloated stomach upward and pain
I am having pain in my stomach like cramp once or twice in hour for 3-4 seconds for last 8 days. And I feel very tired every time. Feel weak And my stomach remain hard and it is bloated from upward. So I take pantop l for 5 days takin mucaine syrup and dotavarine but no improvent seen. So doctor suggest CBC and lft test. I have attached report. Find it. Whether is it liver problem or other

Take small frequent meals,  with more of fresh green vegetables,  fruits,  curd, sprouts. Avoid spicy, oily food.  Drink more water.
