Hi Doc, I would like to know that many a times I have noticed that even if a eat a small meal I feel bloated just after 5-10 mins of having it. Same goes with water, if I drink water say a little more than my normal thirst, then also it makes me feel bloated. Also only when water intake gets a little more than required then shallow breathing starts and last for about 30-40mins and then gets normal on its own. Wanted to know what is the major concern behind this? Why does it happens so?

This is all because of stress or wrong way to eat foods. Whenever you take any meal eat with a calm n relaxing mind. Dont eat too fast. Take small frequent meal rather than 3 big meals
