I have revently figured out I'm allergic to something which us making my lips swollen, chapped with small watery blisters. Sometimes it is itchy as well. Dr. Nandini has given me medicines which worked out well, and I'm avoiding food containing preservatives as well. But I wanted to know if it is caused because of eating brown bread, as today I had a slice of brown bread and it I can seey allergy is again prevailing.
If anyone knows which kind of food triggers this condition will be helpful.
