How to treat these blisters? I got this after playing on heated playcourt with barefoot.

According to your condition... Primarly wash the affected area in running water.. Then apply cold pack for 10 min and wipe with soft towel.. Then apply silverex oint or betadine to get rid of blister and pain.. Modify your foot with special shoes or ergonomic slippers Further treatment... Clean the area with soap and dry with a towel.Keep Ice pack for 5-8 minutes over the area.

Avoid prolonged standing on heated surfaces and always wear comfortable footwear while standing such as ortho care footwear specially with soft cushion sole

Hi! This is caused due to prolong standing in a heated surface. This is a kind of first degree burn, but no need to worry.
Next Steps
If you are feeling pain simply place your foot in a ice cold water for 2-3 minutes or you can use ice cubes and rub them in circular motion over your blister area. And for now avoid wearing slippers/ shoes and avoid prolong standing. Your symptoms may subside within 2 - 3 days, if not please physically visit a physician.
