Blisters in my mouth
I get blisters in my mouth, I do have pollen allergies it was frequent I was given some vitamin tablets disappeared for a while now it is back.. want to know if it is something serious, starts with a tiny dot turns into a hole and then disappears after a week or so.. please suggest

These blisters are because of vitamin B12 deficiency . So continue with vitamin supplements
