Blisters in fingers. This is happening.

Hi i am male 35 on my small fingers there is a small blisters which occurs suddenly it feels like burning sensation...what exactly is this why this happened. Secondly from last two months i have a issue of itching in my hole body along with redness in few areas which creates lots of itching..why this is happening.. Itching is also on my private parts and near by area and there is small so many small fudiya on that and near areas. Small fudiya is in my whole body like hands legs on my butucks. What exactly is this and why this is happening is this some thing serious plz plz help me out and try to answer me in details to under stand this attaching pic for ur ref...these kind of small fudiya in my both legs hands on back side
