Limit your screen time as much as possible...after every 20 mins of screen time take a 1-2 min break close your eyes then continue your work...please get a physical consultation to evaluate the degree of your dryness and use medications accordingly

Hi Dryness in the eyes is more common in the winter and also if you have more screen time.you can continue using tear substitutes which you are already familiar in increased dosage like 4-5 times a day.If you have associated itching, consult an ophthalmologist nearby to assess the condition and give proper medication. You can take intermittent breaks between your work sessions to avoid more dryness and discomfort.Need to wear spectacles which are provided with anti glare.Excessive blinking is kind of protective phenomenon for eyes to reduce dryness by spreading tear film across the surface. So no worries about that.As soon as your dryness decreases automatically that will resolve
Next Steps
Please consult online for any further queries
Health Tips
