Pls priscribe some good ointment for blemishes and fine line one doctor proscribed me kojivit but it doesn't work that much

These blemishes can be melasma, or photodamage or old acne marks..in all these cases you'll need a proper skincare routine to follow along with some minor lifestyle changes.
Although kojivit is a good ointment for pigmentation but alone it cannot treatment such blemishes.
