Hello....... The blemishes or freckles can be treated by many ways. The sunscreen lotion definitely helps in further worsening of the condition if u are in the tropical zone. But these are best treated by the laser skin rejuvenation which permanently removes such pigmentations. Do consult a skin specialist for the same. U can consult online with me as well.

You need to continue using a good medicated sunscreen in the day time. Sunscreen has to be repeated every 3 hourly. Use AHA glow face wash twice daily Any a skin lightening cream at night time like golite cream

There are multiple causes for facial hyperpigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, lichen planus pigmentosus, rhiel's melasnosis, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. The batches of pigmentation need to be examined and assessed to know the cause. Treating it without knowing the underlying cause will offer incomplete and temporary relief; also it will keep rebounding. Get an online consult or meet a dermatologist directly for a proper evaluation of the condition. Hope this was helpful.
