Good evening..
If the last period date is know , then if it is the middle of the cycle today , ( ovulation period) can be implantation bleeding ( pregnancy) , ovulation ( egg release )bleeding or could be some hormonal changes which is causing the bleeding.
If ur on any contraceptive pills, then see if u have missed any tablets in between.
Clear history would help to evaluate ur problem.

Get Usg pelvis scan, thyroid test.
