Bleeding white discharge watery dischar.

I just fed up with my issues it's not at all clearing my bleeding even after 2.5 months of c sec I took pause tablet to stop but no use I used to get more back pain when I bleed it's not more but white discharge and red discharge and somtimes watery discharge somtimes sticky discharge what happens to me don't know when k get bleed my stool also not digesting so much undigestef particles seeing and it's yellow colour lost all my pregnancy weight with in 2 months did ultrasound test , liver function is normal cbc is normal thyroid normal sugar test normal and bp is 130/90 my discharge is due to harmonal imbalance or due to problem with my operation plz help me am just feeling like to die with this condition going lot of stress my doctor said it's normal have birth control pills will it cure after taking birth control pills .
