Bleeding while pregnant

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I just took a pregnancy test 3 days ago an last week I spotted which is what made me take the test then it stop the next day now this week today I'm bleeding again an I been bleeding all day. Its not heavy but when I wipe n I put a pad on an it blood on it
