Pain and bleeding while passing stools, especially when you have constipation, can be a sign of fissure. Very rarely this could also be due to haemorrhoids/piles. Please apply Anobliss ointment three times a day for the next two weeks. Please also take syrup Cremaffin plus, 2 tablespoons at bedtime. In the meantime, please see a proctologist immediately so that the correct diagnosis can be made and after proper checkup you can be given more appropriate treatment if necessary.
