I have observed blood patches on my 8 year old child in his cheeks, lips and even on his pillow from past 2 year when he gets up. He has a problem of bleeding while brushing tooth and many cavities in tooth also. Is this causing him bleed while sleep or how and what should be done next. No other symptoms apart from this.

Attach clear photographs of oral cavity of your child. It's difficult to say anything without complete history.
So please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options
Consult your nearby dentist and rule out bleeding gums, if that is ruled out go to a physician and get a evaluation done. Oral cavity is a mirror for general health.
