Bleeding piles

My bleeding piles problem is not going since 1 year.I have piles of grade 1.Not as much big in size but the problem is they won't shrink.I tried every treatment and ointment.I also changed my diet to rich fiber diet.But am not getting why the problem is not finishing after taking every possible step.please let me know where i m missing?
