Bleeding issue
My bleeding during periods have decresed from earlier...earlier it was gud 3 days n spots till rest 4 days...now it has js reduced to 2-3 days..is it something to worry about ?..if yes then wats the solution..

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are worried about your periods. Generally most women experience variation in the duration and heaviness of their periods at various times in their life. If periods become very scanty or infrequent it can cause worry. Most of the time there is nothing to worry about. Stress, changes in weight, diet, medication, hormonal changes can all affect the amount of bleeding. If the problem persists beyond three months it is probably a good idea to see your gynaecologist for some tests. I would suggest that you keep a menstrual diary for three months and if they are still too light or scanty see your gynaecologist. hope this helps
