I am 40 years 2 kids with C-section. I am having heavy bleeding problem. My usg shows adenomyosis. Which is better tranexamic acid or Mirena iud for it?

If u have heavy bleeding and dysmenorrhoea and USG suggests normal to slightly enlarged, then the best treatment would b mirena IUCD
