I accidentally pricked myself with something sharp inside my right ear while trying to clean ear wax and ended up bleeding 6-8 earbuds worth of blood

Keep the ear dry and untouched.. bleeding would stop spontaneously.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment if required..
