  4. Bleeding in early pregnancy. Viability?

Bleeding in early pregnancy
I was having pinkish discharge like spotting from 2 days yesterday it was tiny blood clots along with that... in scan it is showing 16mm g sac with crumbled margins...yolk sac is present and gestational age is 6 weeks 3 days...doctor advised to abort or wait for one week on requesting...is there is any hope for viability?
