Bleeding in anus

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Today for the first time i found bleeding in excretion.faces were covered with blood.and excretion was painful too.and from a few days i was suffering from severe vaginal itching too.but it has stopped now.please guide me and tell me what to do,im really freaked out and so scared can't even discuss with outsiders.
