Sitz bath with betadine solution twice daily
Cremaffin ointment to apply locally
Duphalac syrup 3 teaspoon at bed time for 3 days to avoid constipation
If fever have paracetamol 6 hourly
For pain also u can have paracetamol
Check CBC
