Bleeding gums
M'y gums are swollen and bleed frequenntly.There are also gaps between thé teeth. Pl advise remedy or treatment.

It seems you are having some gum problem. As you state that you have spaces in between the teeth then naturally food will get stuck between the teeth. Doing correct brushing would have saved you but may be due to improper brushing or difficulty in removal of food stuck between your teeth it would have resulted in gum problem. You should visit dentist as early as possible. He will advice you to go for professional dental cleaning referred to as scaling. After that ask your dentist about correct bruising technique and flossing which may prevent you from him problems. A tip to keep your gums healthy after you have gone for scaling is to gargle with luke warm saline water daily atleast at night.

Hello there. Your case would require examining. VIT c deficiency could be a likely cause of bleeding gums, take in foods which are high in VIT c like all citrus fruits have a high VIT c content. Consult a dentist in person for further help. Regards
