Bleeding from the vaginal area

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am female and when I cum, it's just blood, dripping and as I lean forward it feels as there is something spiking in me in the lower stomach area this has been happening around 6 month now, I'm a lesbian and and also don't get periods as I'm on the depo injection
