Sugar patient...sudden bleeding from nose nd mouth..previous history of no blood pressure bt suddenly showing high blood pressure ( 165/100)..please kindly suggest

Hey, apply local pressure or ice packs,bend down otherwise you may aspirate the blood  .consult ENT specialist soon ,they will pack the bleeding site , may have to take antihypertensives
