Bleeding from bellybutton since 3 days
My brother has discharge( bloody, brownish) from belly button since 3 days. Its not profuse but stains the inner wears reddish brown. He has h/o pancretitis dec 2016 and march 2018 and pancreatic pseudocyst in 2017. Laproscopic drainge of pseudocyst in 28th june 2017. Since then he was fine but 3 ago he started noticing discharge. He sleeps on his abdomen and when gets up the clothes are stained since 3 days. Is there anything serious??

It could be a port-site infection, or a granuloma. Consult a general surgeon.

It can be a simple Umbilical sepsis- treatable with medicines to a fistula . Consult a surgeon for further advise
