Most likely you are suffering from ANal Fissure. You should take sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by the application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan Powder in the anal region 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in an anal canal in the night. For easy evacuation of bowel movement, you should take 1 teaspoon of Sushruta Churna in the night with warm water.
