Bleeding for 7 days

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi, in the month of september i have a hevay bleeding which is for 5 days. in the month of october my periods are late for 10 days. on intial 3 days i didnt have proper bleeding. i had intercourse and there is a blood on bed. after 2 days i started bleeding and still continouing. it is more than 7 days now. please tell me is this normal or any issue.
