Bleeding during intercourse

I am 24 year old women, I had sex with my bf a month back and it was my first time and I had bleeding when I consulted a gynaecologist she told me I have no infections. But again when we tried to have it I am bleeding again. But no blood is seen when I pee. What can be the reason for it?
