Bleeding and regular spotting
Hi Dr
I had periods on Mar 2 lasted for 5 days till Mar 7 had unprotected sex then and took an Ipill on Mar 10 ... Again Got periods on Mar 16 lasted 4 days till Mar 19 and On March 21 had unprotected sex.
By April 1 I am experiencing regular blood clots every Morning (Mostly Daily) and sometimes heavy bleeding also appears just like periods.
There is always period like cramps in lower body and bleeding is always light in Colour.
Done Urine test on May 6 which is positive but the test kit was used in heavy room temperature range of 40℃ ...
What does this shows and not taken any other pill apart from I pill.
Pls suggest what is happening ???

This can be because the pill effect but then do urine pregnancy test

U will need to repeat urine pregnancy test
And if its again positive
Then go for sonography
Next Steps
irregular bleeding due to pill
and pregnancy related bleeding clinically appears same
so have to be differenciated by usg or beta hcg
