Bleeding and pain in palate. Due to running nose and irritation tried breathing in hard and after that felt some bleeding from palate.

History isn't enough. Need more details..any trauma to the palate/ulcer..need to be assessed by local examination. Visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
