  4. Bleeding anal area. Whats the reason.

I have small tear in anal area when defecating some blood in stool and when i wipe with tissue there was some blood in tissue..but today morning there is no blood in stool and tissue also..whats the reason..aisa pahle bhi hua tha..anal aream me cut lg gya tha and pain and bleed hua tha..3,4 days me theek ho gya..same aisa ab hua hai..but jagah change hai ab..please help me
