Bleeding after passing stool

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I am having bleeding after passing stool since 7 days. I am applying smuth cream. But again today during passing stool i felt burning sensation and then strike of blood found in stool and then few drops. I had this problem once every 2-3 months for the last 2 years but this time it is taking a lot of time to heal. What can it be? How long it takes to recover?

Laser fissurectomy/ laser sphincterotomy Start with High fiber diet Plenty of fluids Plenty of fruits Green leafy veg Avodi non veg and spicy food Sitz bath( sit in luke warm water with betadine solution 10ml twice daily) Smuth cream to be continued
