Hello, Bleeding post d&c is common. Nothing to worry about. If it increases and is accompanied with pain then immediately follow up with your doctor and get a repeat ultrasound done to check if there are any retained products of conception.

Hello, THE BLEEDING POST d&C is often common and can last from 2 -3 days but if its still heavy and not reducing in flow then you may require antifibrinolytics to stop the bleed ideally first. As mentioned , it was a biopsy for possible endometrial hyperplasia , so the report is usually available in next 5 days which shall predict the line of your future treatment. Regards, follow up for further details and queries.
