  4. Bleeding after 29 days of Intercourse.

Bleeding after 29 days of Intercourse
Last period was on 19th Jul. Considering I have two days delay more or less every time, next period was supposed to begin at 19th of August again. But 10 days gone, today I noticed blood flow. Not sure if this is proper  periods or not. Was experiencing cramps, dizziness and PMSing at an usual degree. Last sex we had at 1st August. Is it implantation spotting/bleeding or a case of late period?
