Bladders not emptying

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hello, From past 2 days am noticing that am going to discharge urine very often like for each hour but every time i feel like my bladders are not emptying fully. Am still single & i do masterbate daily. My inner penis head is kind of itchy now.
