Having mild pain in lower abdomen right corner while sitting down or lifting heavy weight i used to ignore as it was mild pain after few days i started lower back pain and constipation issue and i could feel that my bladder is squeezing and having erectile dysfunction even after watching porn. I used to masturbate but not frequent, i have consulted orthopedics for my back pain and also did MRI scan but nothing found on MRI report, now i could feel my lower part is becoming week and my right leg is having mild pain (upto knee) kindly suggest me
