Since when r u having this problem. Are there rashes? Any discharge. It cAn be because of eczema, dermatitis, fungal infection or psoriasis etc. I need details n preferably pic of affected area. In the meanwhile do this • Moisturize frequently. • Avoid sudden changes in temperature or humidity. • Avoid sweating or overheating. • Reduce stress. • Avoid scratchy materials, such as wool. • Avoid harsh soaps, detergents, and solvents. • Be aware of any foods that may cause an outbreak and avoid those foods.
