Blackhead on shoulder

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi. I am having a blackhead in between neck and shoulder which is bit weird and somewhat bigger than blackhead on nose. It is now seen as a pit in which there is some black object. Kindly please provide me details if it can be removed as it is very disturbing
