Blackheads are very treatable with regular use of exfoliant facewash and to get it permanently removed yoivqpuld require to do procedures such as radiofrequncey microneedling or fractional Skin resurfacing which remodels these over active sebaceous glands producing the blackheads

Blackheads though may look small and sometimes ugly too but may cause many complications ranging from severe acne to scar marks. What I suggest is don't ignore them. Early treatment is the key for healthy and glowing skin.
Next Steps
Consult a certified Dermatologist.
