To properly diagnose and treat it u need to consult thoroughly online or physically. It seems like black hairy tongue. It is nothing to worry about. It will go by itself with time. Just maintain good oral hygiene. Use dilute h2o2 mouth wash 1tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day. Clean ua tongue frequently with a cleaner. Brush teeth regularly.
