As recommended by you, i used clohex mouthwash for good breath and preventing plaque. But i can see a black stain line between the tooth and gums.

You need scaling of your teeth by a dentist. Then, you have to brush properly. As your infection resolved, don't use chlohex , as it is causing staining of your teeth. Do warm salt water mouthwash.
