Black spots on the face

Asked for Female, 42 Years

I have black spots (Melasma) all over the face. From last two years using the creams as suggested by the doctor in Fortis. Some of the creams contain Kajoic acid and hydroquinone and other ingredients. Though the darkness has reduced none of the spots disappeared. Would like to know if there is any treatment which could help me.
