  4. Black spots on my tongue. Bit nervous!

Few black spots appeared on my tongues from last 15 days... initially I was taking some iron medicines and also had some stomach issues. Moreover I had MPT (medical abortion) in last couple of months. I am married but now I am now bit nervous
