Black spots and pigmentation

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am getting black spots near the corner of lips and side of nose. Also upper lip area is becoming more dark and if it is expose to sun some redishness appears. Recently I am observing white flaky skin on my nose.

Hello.. Well you need to examined by a dermatologist as I need to see what it is first...It might be melanin spots...Freckles like..So please meet a doctor in person and get yourself examined and then come to a diagnosis..Thank you
