Black spot on tongue
Hi Doctor,
There are lots of black spots on my tongue left and right portion. Earlier it was at small portion but now spread to all over the tongue.
What is the reason of these spots?
Is it due to some deficiencies in body?
What is the remedy?

It look like melanoplakia. Vitamin B12 suppliments needed. Drink plenty of water. If asymptomatic no problem.
